Online account access help please!

Can't pay wireless my internet online says need validation code to create username ID and I tried getting the code sent to address like 10 times. Yes the address is right as well because I checked. Billing/mailing and physical. Have you tried getting the validation code sent to your phone? Did you try clearing your cache and cookies or using a different browser?

 

There are also other ways to pay your bill as well.
